Amazon FBM sourcer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful Amazon FBM Sourcer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and procuring profitable products to sell on Amazon via the Fulfilled by Merchant (FBM) model.

This role involves sourcing/market research, and staying up-to-date with Amazon marketplace trends to maximize profitability.

1. Product Sourcing:
- Research and identify profitable products for resale on Amazon under the FBM model.
- Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and customer demand to determine viable products.
- Utilize sourcing tools and platforms to discover high-margin products.

2. Market Analysis and Compliance:
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for new product categories.
- Stay updated on Amazon policies, restrictions, and best practices to ensure compliance.

3. Collaboration and Reporting:
- Provide detailed reports on sourcing performance, including ROI, product turnover, and profitability.
- Be coachable.
- Suggest improvements to the sourcing process based on data and feedback.

Preferred qualifications:
- Proven experience in product sourcing, purchasing, or a related field (experience with Amazon FBM preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
Knowledge of Amazon marketplace dynamics, including fees, policies, and seller tools.
- Proficiency in using sourcing tools, spreadsheets, and inventory management software.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

The current pay is $3.00 per hour and I would prefer 8 hours per week or 32 hours for the month. Flexible work schedule. Part time.
