Amazon FBA Product Manager

LOCATION: Remote
HOURS: 8 per week with possible growth
COMPENSATION: $10–$15 USD per hour (based on experience)

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to handle inventory management, product monitoring, and daily operations. This role is essential for ensuring stock availability, increasing sales performance, reducing storage costs, and optimizing performance in the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Inventory & Order Management: Track stock levels, forecast demand, and ensure timely reorders.
- Product Performance Monitoring: Analyze rankings, competitors, seasonality, ad performance, and action appropriate changes.
- Manufacturer Communication: Ensure product quality, cost efficiency, and timely production.
- Pricing & Strategy: Adjust pricing based on sales trends and market data.
- Amazon PPC & Ads: Work alongside marketing to optimize ad spend.
- Liasing with other GardenCity VA's (We have one part-time administrator and one part-time graphic designers.)

SUCCESS METRICS
- Fewer stockouts & inventory errors
- Reduced long-term storage costs and minimize overage fees
- Increasing sales trends
- Successfully launch new products
- Improved conversion rate of existing products

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience with Amazon FBA
- Proven track record with product and inventory management
- Proven track record of managing products using Seller Central
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Motivated to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Great Team Player
