Amazon FBA Marketplace Inventory Shipment Assistant

In this role, you would work within the Logistics team to coordinate the flow of goods between our distribution facilities and Amazon FBA warehouses throughout North America and Europe. A successful candidate will be a strong administrator who is highly organized, extremely detail oriented, self-motivated, able to handle sensitive information, as well as a demonstrated ability to respond effectively to changing workloads and priorities. Must have the ability to communicate well and to manage multiple assignments simultaneously. Attention to detail, anticipating and planning for changes, and the ability to stay organized while helping others on the team get organized are critical skills.

Job Responsibilities:
> Coordinate the processing of outbound shipments through in-house software and computer systems and working within Amazon Seller Central.
> Develop and maintain positive communication with our Warehouses and 3PL partners to track the flow of goods to and from Amazon FBA warehouses.
> Communicate by phone and email with domestic and international freight companies to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of goods.
> Prepare import/export shipment paperwork for US and International Customs agencies.
> Audit shipping invoices and as-needed to ensure proper billing before processing by A/P.
> Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager.

Basic Requirements:
> Experience with Amazon Seller Central and working with Amazon FBA shipments.
> Must possess above-average math and logic skills.
> Ability to perform and solve problems professionally in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities and competing deadlines.
> Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Microsoft Excel and expereince with: VLookup and Pivot Tables.
> Persistence. Highly organized. Keen attention to detail.
> Ability to think critically, multi-task, work well with teams, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
