JOB OVERVIEW

Looking for someone who has vast experience with selling on Amazon through FBA (Ideally with Direct to consumer brands making over 100k/month in revenue on amazon).

Looking for someone who will be responsible for leading new growth initiatives for my Amazon brand to increase revenue. We have a team already that work on Amazon operations and that can help with new amazon initiatives, but it is primarily on daily operations, speaking with support, fixing errors and editing listings. Growth is slow and takes currently takes too long to get new ideas in motion. I need someone who will lead these and make sure it happens timely. I need someone who will focus solely on increasing revenue (Not through PPC, this is another team) that can suggest new avenues of opportunity that can generate more revenue for the brand on amazon. For example, finding ways to reduce fees, finding ways to sell in different amazon markets, finding new products to launch, noticing what our competitors are doing that we aren't, modifying listings to increase AOV, or CVR, reducing refund rates, getting reimbursements/refunds from amazon, Things like this that directly increase the growth of the brand.

We need someone who is online a lot and who can respond very quickly most of the time, (even if they can not work all the time, someone who is able to reply quickly is a must) Pay flexible and will increase as A) Competence is proved B) Revenue increases from Initiatives you lead.
