Job Description: Amazon FBA Account Manager
Summary: We seek a highly motivated and experienced Amazon FBA Account Manager to join our rapidly growing agency. You will manage and optimize our clients' Amazon FBA accounts, drive sales growth, and maximize profitability through organic strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of the Amazon marketplace, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Responsibilities:
1 - Account Management: Manage a portfolio of Amazon FBA client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and building strong client relationships.
2 - Sales Growth: Develop and implement organic strategies to increase sales and revenue for client accounts, including pricing optimization, promotions, and focusing on organic search visibility.
3 - Listing Optimization: Optimize product listings for maximum visibility and conversion, including keyword research, compelling product descriptions, high-quality images, and A+ Content (if applicable).
4 - Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and ensure optimal stock levels to avoid stockouts or overstocking whilst working with suppliers and vendors. Very Essential
5 - Performance Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), provide regular reports to clients, and identify areas for improvement.
6 - Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities to gain a competitive advantage in organic search rankings and product visibility.
7 - Account Health: Maintain excellent account health metrics, ensuring compliance with Amazon's policies and guidelines.
Qualifications:
Proven experience managing Amazon FBA accounts, with a demonstrable track record of success in organic growth.
Deep understanding of Amazon's selling policies, procedures, and best practices.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and client management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Understanding Amazon's advertising platforms (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, etc.) and how they contribute to the overall strategy is essential. While this role doesn't directly manage PPC, understanding how paid advertising fits the broader picture is also important.
