JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Amazon Customer Support Representative who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will provide proactive support, manage orders efficiently, and ensure customer satisfaction at every step.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver end-to-end support via calls and emails.
- Contact customers regarding order updates (e.g., backorders, address verification).
- Track and monitor deliveries, keeping customers informed throughout.
- Handle Amazon return calls and collaborate with team members on returns and disputes.
- Manage customer reviews by:
- Following up after successful deliveries for positive
feedback.
- Addressing and resolving concerns leading to negative
reviews.
- Ensure tracking details are updated and process orders seamlessly, including dropshipping.
- Go the extra mile to create the best possible customer experience.

Requirements:
- Strong understanding of A-to-Z customer support, ensuring no detail is overlooked.
- Familiarity with machinery parts or a willingness to research and provide accurate answers.
- Prior experience with Amazon customer support is a big plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work full-time, 40hrs+, Monday to Friday, from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM PST.
