We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Amazon Catalog Manager to join our team to assist our Brand Managers in taking our clients to new heights.

The Amazon Catalog Manager will oversee all aspects of our clients Amazon product catalog, ensuring that our listings are optimized for maximum visibility and conversion. This role requires a data-driven individual who is well-versed in Amazon Seller Central, SEO, Google Sheets, and catalog management best practices.

This is a full time position that requires 40hrs/week

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage and update product listings in Amazon Seller Central, ensuring accurate information and maintaining brand consistency across all listings.
-Manage and update client folders in Google Drive and Google Sheets
-Sit in on calls with Brand Managers & Clients
-Submit Flat Files for new products and existing product updates
-Variation Management
-Submit pricing updates, sales, coupons, & promotions
-Monitor, record, update & solve any Account Health Issues
-Start & resolve cases with Seller Support & Brand Registry
-Compliance and Policies: Ensure all listings adhere to Amazon's policies and stay updated on policy changes to avoid potential listing suspensions or penalties.
-Product Launches: Assist in the launch of new products on Amazon, including initial listings and ongoing performance monitoring.
-Customer Insights: Use customer reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement in product listings and enhance customer satisfaction.
-Ability to manage and create PPC Campaigns



Qualifications:

-Ability to work in US Time Zones
-2 Years of in-depth knowledge of Amazon Seller Central
-Expert in Flat Files and error resolution
-Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Strong attention to detail and ability to manage brands simultaneously.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, remote environment.
-Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

-Experience with international Amazon marketplaces.
-Familiarity with other e-commerce platforms such as Walmart & eBay
