Amazon Account Specialist

As an AHS Specialist, you will engage in frequent written and verbal communication with amazon.
You will interact by phone and email with objectives in real-time escalation, recovery, and restore product listings.

Position: Fulltime 40 hours Monday to Friday 10 AM to 6PM ETS

RESPONSIBILITY
• Strong investigation skills to find root cause of Account Health related issues.
• Provide real-time escalation, recovery, and restore product listings
• Documenting all interactions and information of each case.
• Ability to troubleshoot and provide solution to resolved account health problem

• Demonstrates the ability to self-manage on priority tasks, objectives and work planning.
• Interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex transactional issues correctly
