JOB OVERVIEW


We are on the lookout for a dynamic and results-driven Amazon Account Manager with a strong focus on Vendor Central and Seller Central management. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for eCommerce, a knack for troubleshooting, and a track record of scaling brands on Amazon.

What You’ll Do:
Vendor Central Expertise: Lead our Vendor Central strategy, ensuring smooth operations from purchase orders to catalog management and sales growth.
Seller Central Management: Optimize Seller Central performance, maintain account health, and proactively manage compliance and troubleshooting.
Sales & Brand Growth: Develop and execute strategies to maintain sales momentum, elevate brand visibility, and exceed sales targets.
Account Health & Troubleshooting: Act as the go-to expert for resolving account health issues, dealing with suspensions, and maintaining compliance.
Parentage & Catalog Management: Create and manage parent-child listings, ensuring a streamlined and user-friendly shopping experience.
Data-Driven Strategies: Analyze performance metrics and develop creative solutions to enhance conversion rates and drive revenue growth.
Collaboration: Work closely with SEO, PPC, design, and operations teams to implement holistic eCommerce strategies.

What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years managing both Vendor Central and Seller Central accounts.
Vendor Central Proficiency: Demonstrated experience in managing purchase orders, catalog management, chargeback prevention, and optimizing vendor negotiations.
Problem Solving: Proven ability to handle account health issues, navigate compliance, and execute swift resolutions.
Innovative Mindset: Ability to think outside the box, propose creative solutions, and adapt to Amazon's ever-changing landscape.
Analytical Skills: Experience with data analytics tools to generate insights and optimize performance metrics.
Proactive Approach: Strong initiative and ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and present data-driven strategies.
