Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Freelance Amazon Account Manager to oversee our product catalog and listings. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role and a proven track record of managing and optimizing Amazon product catalogs, particularly using flat files. This role requires deep expertise in Amazon’s listing management processes to ensure accurate, optimized, and compliant product information that drives sales and visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update the Amazon product catalog using flat files, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with Amazon’s policies.
Create, optimize, and maintain product listings to enhance search rankings, visibility, and conversion rates.
Conduct thorough keyword research and implement SEO strategies to maximize product discoverability.
Monitor product listings for inaccuracies, suppressions, or policy violations, and resolve issues promptly.
Communicate with Amazon Seller Support via phone and support tickets to troubleshoot and resolve listing-related challenges.
Ensure correct categorization, attributes, and backend information for all products to maximize performance.
Stay updated on Amazon’s evolving policies and algorithm changes to maintain competitive and compliant listings.
Analyze listing performance data, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to drive growth.
Handle customer service inquiries, addressing customer concerns, refunds, and feedback to enhance customer satisfaction.
Manage promotions, deals, and advertising campaigns to maximize visibility and sales.
Oversee inventory management, ensuring stock levels are optimized to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Amazon Account Manager, Catalog Manager, or Listing Manager.
Demonstrated success in optimizing Amazon listings and resolving complex listing issues.
Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, including listing optimization and troubleshooting.
Experience working U.S. day shift hours and familiarity with the U.S. market.
Excellent analytical skills to assess performance data and make data-driven decisions.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
