Responsibilities
As a full-time Amazon Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in executing our brand strategy. Your responsibilities include:
-Amazon Seller Central Management:
-Specialist in the Seller Central backend.
-Use of Bulk & Flatfile uploads (e.g., title changes, creation of product variations, updating product attributes, etc.).
-Management, optimization, and creation of Amazon listings.
-Creating KPI reports – ideally, you already have existing templates that we can integrate and use in our company. If available, -please send us an example with your application.
-Monitoring the health of the Amazon store and identifying potential issues early.
-Working with Seller Support, creating, and following up on support tickets.
-Monitoring competitors to identify relevant developments.
-Managing and overseeing product launches.
-Daily checks to ensure all listings and videos are online and displayed correctly.
-Uploading and updating images.
-Creating and analyzing ranking reports, as well as proactively suggesting optimizations for listings and performance.
Implementing the deal strategy and uploading coupons to boost sales.
Qualifications
To succeed as an Amazon FBA Account Manager with us, you should have the following qualifications and traits:
-Experience: Mid-Level to Senior-Level
-At least 3–4 years of relevant experience as an Amazon FBA Account Manager.
-Deep understanding of the Amazon FBA business model and key KPIs (CVR, traffic, sales, etc.) to optimize them further.
-Strong English communication skills
-Experience in troubleshooting and communication with Amazon Support.
-Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel.
-Experience in updating product data with bulk files (title changes, creation of product variations, updating product data, etc.).
-Confident and independent approach to problem-solving.
