Your Role: Owning SKU Performance & Listing Excellence
As the AMAZON SKU Performance Manager, you will own and optimize product listings, ensuring every detail is on point to maximize sales and conversions. You’ll lead a team of two remote listing specialists and be the driving force behind improving performance, experimenting with new strategies, and ensuring we stay ahead of the competition.
Key Responsibilities:
???? Lead & Manage the Listings Team
Own the process – Manage a remote team of listings specialists, ensuring all tasks are completed with precision.
Run weekly team meetings to review progress, solve issues, and plan next steps.
Ensure listings are perfect – from pricing and images to A+ content and SEO.
???? Supercharge Listing Performance & Optimize Sales
Monitor and analyze SKU performance – identify what’s working and what needs improvement.
Optimize conversion rates & click-through rates through strategic updates and A/B testing.
Problem-solving expert – tackle listing challenges (suppression, compliance, or other headaches) and get solutions implemented fast.
???? Be the Data-Driven Growth Machine
Stay ahead of stock risks – strategize focus SKUs based on inventory levels.
Work with Amazon’s account managers to push for additional visibility and opportunities.
Report on sales trends, reviews, and competitor comparisons, making strategic recommendations to leadership.
Implement and track listing experiments (on and off Amazon) to drive results.
???? Drive Amazon Strategy & Optimize Operations
Ensure deals, crossout pricing, and promotions run smoothly and perform optimally.
Optimize Amazon storage space by proactively managing inventory limits.
Oversee VAT, EPR, and WEEE reporting for European marketplaces, ensuring compliance.
Work closely with the PPC team to align advertising and listing strategies for max impact.
???? Take Ownership & Contribute to High-Level Strategy
Be a key player in leadership meetings, reporting on all listing-related KPIs and driving new initiatives.
Work with creative teams on high-converting content strategies for new product launches.
Implement new tools & software to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
Contribute to shipment & production planning, ensuring SKU prioritization aligns with business goals.
