JOB OVERVIEW

Key Areas of Responsibility:
1. Amazon Catalogue Management
2. Amazon Account Management
3. Listing Optimisation

We will pay $5-7hrs an hr depending on experience and depending on your skillset the role can be 20-40 hours a week. You might start at 20 hours and increase to 40 if you show the proactiveness and attitude needed for the role.

1. Catalogue Management
• The role will involve updating listings across our catalogue and fixing listing errors. We prefer a candidate who is comfortable with flat files and has experience dealing with a wide range of listing errors, but this is not mandatory.
• Must have strong problem-solving ability and ideally have experience navigating SellerSupport and finding answers to new issues they have not encountered before.

2. Account Health Check
• Perform general health checks on our accounts and listings on a daily/weekly/monthly basis and proactively solve any issues faced. We have a process with regular tasks to be executed by you so we can stay on top of our account health.
• Communicate with the Head of Marketplace any noteworthy issues and fixes you have deployed.

3. Listing Optimisation
• The marketplace team's key focus is finding small Amazon-specific edges to optimize CVR and CTR on our listings. Therefore, a keen interest in experimenting with and optimizing listings is a must.
• Ensuring all listings are up to date and optimized. Help roll out new changes to categories of products.
• This person will also be heavily involved in preparing and executing product launches. Experience with SEO best practices is also positive.

• Proactive & independent thinker - It is a must that the candidate takes proactive initiative and is solution-oriented when facing novel problems. We want to work with someone who finds a problem, then presents a solution that is commercially valuable to the business.
• Diligent, organized, and detail-oriented - This role includes regular and manual account review tasks and at times repetitive work, so staying focused and diligent is critical. It’s a plus if you have experience automating repetitive work or making process more efficient.
• Loves Amazon. The role requires someone who keeps up to date with recent developments on Amazon and always comes up with new and creative ideas on how we can improve our Amazon business.
• You are creative and data-obsessed – We want to have the best-converting listing in the category, and we expect you to be an important part of making that happen.

It is more important that you have the Key Attributes than the right experience for this role.
