[ ABOUT YOU ]
I need someone who is:
>> PROACTIVE. It irritates you when you’re micromanaged. You’ve got your list & you know what to do, but you also know when to ask questions so that you don’t waste time. You’ve mastered that fine line. You follow through on recurring tasks without needing to be monitored because you’re amazing.
>> DETAIL-ORIENTED. Typos bug you, and you understand the importance of getting the “little things” right. You’re human, sure, and you make mistakes sometimes, but you’re detail-oriented and test things before anything goes live.
>> ORGANIZED. You excel with keeping things neat & tidy. You can keep track of multiple small projects at once, without ever forgetting the nuance of each project because you take excellent notes.
>> A CRITICAL THINKER. You’re curious, compassionate, self-aware, observant, honest, creative, and willing to look at a problem from multiple perspectives. You don’t just do things because “That’s the way it’s done;” you look for the best route & have evidence to back up why it’s the best option.
>> A GOOD COMMUNICATOR. You’re detail-oriented & you articulate your thoughts well. You do your best to avoid miscommunications. You ask questions and prefer open lines of communication.
>> WILLING TO OWN THEIR MISTAKES. Everyone screws up sometimes. The difference? When you mess up, you point out what you did wrong & have already thought through the ways you can avoid making this mistake in the future. You don’t blame others. Instead, you look at how we can all work as a team to fix it.
>> OPEN TO COMPLIMENTS. Seriously, I will shower you with them for the rest of your life if you can make my life easier & help me with everything I have to do.
