Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Virtual Assistant to join one of our clients’ telehealth practice. As a vital member of this team, you will handle tasks related to claims creation, submission, appointment scheduling, and patient coordination using AdvancedMD. This position is remote and fulltime, with an anticipated workload supporting a small practice seeing approximately 9 patients weekly.

Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative tasks and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.

This is a full-time position, 30/40 hrs a week
The rate is $7 an hour or Php 45,000 to Php 61,000+ per month

What We’re Looking For:

- Prior experience as a Medical Virtual Assistant Required
- Knowledge of insurance processes and claims submission is required
- Proficiency with AdvancedMD is highly desirable
- Scribing knowledge/experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- HIPAA Certification is a plus
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and/or G Suite and other technology tools

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Answering Phone Calls: Handle incoming calls professionally, addressing patient inquiries and directing calls as needed.
- Patient Scheduling: Manage patient appointments efficiently using the practice's scheduling system.
- Front-End Billing and Coding: Perform billing and coding tasks accurately in AdvancedMD, ensuring proper documentation and processing of Claims
- Minor Scribing: Assist with minor scribing tasks, recording patient information and provider notes as required.
