Airtable and Zapier Specialist

We are looking for an Airtable Specialist with strong Zapier experience to build and manage a structured product sourcing system. This role involves designing and optimizing a database that tracks inventory, pricing trends, and sourcing opportunities across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate has expertise in Airtable automation, workflow optimization, and Zapier integrations to streamline sourcing operations and reduce manual work.
Your Airtable and automation skills will be assessed through a structured evaluation for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:
• Develop & Maintain Airtable Databases – Structure data efficiently for tracking product availability, pricing, and supplier details.
• Automate Data Collection – Set up integrations using Zapier, Make (Integromat), or API connections to dynamically update records.
• Create Linked Tables & Custom Views – Organize data for better visibility and decision-making.
• Monitor Price & Stock Changes – Implement tracking tools or external integrations to keep sourcing data up to date.
• Profitability Analysis & Formulas – Develop calculated fields to assess sourcing viability and margins.
• Optimize Workflows & Train VAs – Standardize processes, create documentation, and train sourcing VAs to use the system efficiently.
• Reporting & Dashboard Creation – Set up dashboards to highlight key trends and sourcing insights.

Requirements:

- Strong experience with Airtable, including database design, formulas, linked tables, and automation.
- Expert-level proficiency with Zapier for automating data flows between Airtable and other platforms.
- Knowledge of Make (Integromat), API integrations, or webhook setups (a plus).
- Understanding of workflow automation and ability to eliminate manual data entry.
- Experience with web scraping, data monitoring tools (Distill.io, Visualping), or API calls (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets.
- Experience training team members on data entry and workflow processes.
