Working time: Weekdays - US Eastern Standard Time (Mornings) – mostly flexible
Summary – We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Airtable Specialist and Customer Support Assistant for a compliance training company on a flexible, part-time basis (10-20 hours/week to start). In this role, you will provide essential administrative support while also ensuring excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include data management (includes reporting), customer survey (pre- & post-) maintenance, financial tasks (VAT), and tier 1 customer support. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growing business operations and enhance customer experience.

REQUIRED: Minimum 2 years’ experience in Airtable. Troubleshoot issues, write formulas, and build automations.
REQUIRED: Experience with Airtable (mandatory), Hubspot, Absorb LMS, Quickbooks, Stripe, and Google Suite is highly preferred
REQUIRED: Must use Time-tracking software - Hubstaff (will be provided)

Responsibilities
- Generate and extract daily reports from Absorb LMS. Upload and organize data into Airtable.
- Update, maintain, and monitor pre- and post-event training survey data using Airtable.
- Troubleshoot issues, write formulas, and build automations with Airtable.
- Provide timely and effective customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues. Pickup and manage help desk tickets in Hubspot.
- Work closely with our team to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality results.
- Communicate effectively and provide timely updates.
Preferred Experiences and Skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proven experience in Airtable, administrative tasks and customer support (tier 1) with proficiency in using Hubspot, Absorb LMS are preferred.
- Experience in using Google Suite Applications, Quickbooks, and/or Stripe is highly desirable.
- Excellent data management skills with experience in data entry and report generation.
- Experience with financial transactions such as tax calculation and remittance.
- Excellent skills in both written and verbal communications.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational & time-management skills.
- The ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
- Practices safe browsing habits with knowledge in maintaining security of personal devices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
- A desire to stay current with industry best practices.
Stretch Goals/responsibilities
- Maintain financial transactions pertaining to VAT (Value Added Tax) remittance.
- Contribute to project management initiatives
- Format manuals and/or prepare learning modules using PowerPoint and Adobe products
- Willingness to become full-time in the future if required by the job.
