Compensation: Based on experience

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Airtable Specialist to design and manage a school database system for a small educational institution with 25 students. The ideal candidate will have experience integrating Airtable with Google Sheets and developing user-friendly forms and reports.

Responsibilities:
Design & Build Airtable Database – Develop a structured database for tracking student attendance, invoicing, and basic reporting.
Google Sheets Integration – Link Airtable with Google Sheets for real-time updates and data synchronization.
Attendance Module – Create an efficient system for recording student attendance with automated tracking.
Invoicing Module – Develop an invoicing system that generates and tracks payments for students.
Easy-to-Use Forms – Build simple forms for teachers/admins to input attendance and financial data.
Generate Reports – Set up automated reports for attendance records, outstanding invoices, and student progress.
User Training & Documentation – Provide brief training and easy-to-follow documentation for school staff.

Qualifications:
Proven experience with Airtable & Google Sheets integrations
Familiarity with automated workflows (e.g., Zapier, Make)
Ability to create custom Airtable views, formulas, and automations
Experience with data entry forms & report generation
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Good English communication skills

Preferred Skills (Bonus):
Experience with Google Forms, AppSheet, or similar form tools
Understanding of basic accounting concepts for invoicing
Knowledge of educational data management
