Airtable Engineer/Developer

Job Description: We are seeking a knowledgeable Airtable engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Airtable’s functionalities and be able to build custom databases for small businesses to input their data so we can analyze the health of their businesses.

We are a small, fun, tight team that has high output. Our pace is fast, and we really enjoy working together. You'd be a a crucial part of our incredible company!

You will be working daily in Google Meet/Zoom sessions with other team members who deal with Airtable.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess current Airtable setup and identify areas for improvement.

Design, implement, and customize Airtable bases tailored to our specific needs.

Create automated workflows using Airtable’s automation features and integrations.

Develop dashboards and reports using interfaces to provide insights.

Provide training and support to team members on best practices and new features.

Troubleshoot issues and optimize existing Airtable configurations.

Collaborate with various departments to ensure Airtable solutions align with overall business goals.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Airtable engineer or similar role.

Strong understanding of Airtable features, including views, forms, formulas, deep understanding + comfortable using all field types, automations, and integrations.

Ability to translate business needs into effective Airtable solutions.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Experience with project management tools and collaborative software.
