Key Responsibilities:

Dynamic Pricing Expertise:
Use pricing tools to set and adjust nightly rates.

Airbnb Management:
Create and optimize Airbnb listings to increase visibility and bookings.
Share details of a real challenge you faced managing an Airbnb listing and how you resolved it.

Website & Social Media Management:
Set up and manage a professional website.
Develop and execute social media campaigns.
Share a link to a website or social media page you’ve managed and explain your role in its success.

Landlord Outreach:
Identify and approach landlords interested in property management services.

Requirements:
Proven Experience: Demonstrate hands-on experience with Airbnb management and dynamic pricing tools.
