Airbnb Virtual Assistant

We are looking to bring on an additional Virtual Assistant to help manage our very busy short term rental business in southern California. We currently use a property management program where we set up auto-messaging, auto-reviews, auto-cleaning notifications to cleaners, adjust prices, and change availability on the calendar. We're looking for someone who can communicate effectively on the phone with guests, cleaners, quality assurance, and the maintenance team. Listing management and listing quality assurance is an important aspect of the job as well. The idea candidate is someone who speaks and writes great English, has a quiet place to work, and has great reliable internet connection.
