We are a company managing Airbnb properties and are seeking a dedicated virtual assistant to support our operations remotely from the Philippines.

Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and support tickets related to our Airbnb properties
- Manage bookings, including confirmations, cancellations, and modifications
- Communicate effectively with guests before, during, and after their stay
- Resolve customer complaints and disputes in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records and reports of all interactions and transactions
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Must have held the position of a level 2 case manager at Airbnb or equivalent, with experience in handling complex customer issues, disputes, and Airbnb claim management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in English
- Extreme familiarity with the Airbnb platform
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Experience in the hospitality or travel industry
- Must be available to work from Wednesday to Sunday, 9 AM to 6 PM PST (which corresponds to Thursday to Monday, 1 AM to 10 AM Philippine Standard Time)
Salary:
- $500-$700 USD per month
