We manage a portfolio of properties across multiple platforms, including Airbnb, VRBO, our private network, and various social media channels. We are looking to expand our team with a dedicated, experienced Vacation Rental Host who can provide outstanding customer support while helping us grow our business.

As a Vacation Rental Host at OurHaus, you will be the front line of customer communication. You will be responsible for engaging with guests across multiple platforms including Airbnb, VRBO, our private network, website, and social media accounts. In this role, you'll handle customer support inquiries, sell our properties to prospective guests, and maintain the high level of hospitality that we are known for.

This is a full-time, remote position, so we are looking for a committed team player who is not juggling multiple jobs. You will work closely with our maintenance, quality control, hosting, and accounting teams to ensure smooth operations and a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage and respond to guest inquiries on Airbnb, VRBO, our private networks, and social media accounts.
-Actively sell our properties to potential guests, highlighting the unique features and benefits of each listing.
-Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all guest concerns and questions are addressed promptly and professionally.
-Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure properties are prepared and maintained at the highest standards.
-Work closely with the quality control team to ensure all properties are meeting company standards.
-Collaborate with the accounting team for billing and payment-related inquiries.
-Maintain detailed records of guest communications, bookings, and reviews.
-Assist with managing our online reputation and encourage guests to leave positive reviews.
-Support the team in ensuring all operations are running smoothly.

Qualifications:

-Minimum of 3 years of experience hosting on Airbnb is a MUST (Superhost status is highly preferred).
-Proven experience in both guest communication and sales.
-Exceptional hospitality skills and a passion for providing outstanding service.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
-Ability to work well within a team and collaborate with various departments.
-Must be highly diligent and dependable in all aspects of your work.
