Our growing Airbnb team is looking to bring on an individual that is an Expert in Airbnb Case Manager/Resolutions Support cases. Our team is based out of Los Angeles, CA.
The ideal candidate must be actively working with Airbnb.
Requirements:
- Must be an expert in handling Airbnb Support Cases
- Must be an expert in Airbnb Policies and Violations
- Must be an expert in processes and procedures to Remove Bad Reviews
- Must be knowledgeable on how to handle Complaints and Listing Inaccuracies
- Must have experience with AirCover and handling fines
Additional Requirements:
- Guest Communication Skills
- Organization / Coordination Skills
- Proficient in the English Language
