We are looking for a dedicated and organized Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. This full-time role, Monday through Friday with limited hours on the weekend, will focus on managing customer service across multiple platforms, assisting in social media creators outreach efforts, and supporting various marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has a passion for engaging with customers and influencers, and is skilled in multitasking across different areas of marketing. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a collaborative team, contribute to brand growth, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• Customer Service Management
o Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues across multiple digital platforms (e.g.,
o Respond to customer questions and concerns in a timely, professional manner, aligning responses with brand voice and values.
o Monitor and address feedback, reviews, and complaints to ensure a positive brand reputation.
o Escalate complex customer issues to relevant departments and follow up to ensure prompt resolution.
o Track and report customer service metrics (response times, customer satisfaction ratings, etc.) to identify areas for improvement.
o Provide support to the Influencer Outreach Coordinator in managing product exchange campaigns.
• Social Media Creators Outreach
o On a daily basis, contact creators who match a predetermined target demographic using a pre-designed
o Identify, research, and connect with social media influencers and creators who align with our brand’s values and target audience.
o Conduct research and analysis of competitor creative posts and reels across social media platforms, following predetermined guidelines.
o Research the best social media campaigns and why they were successful/ unsuccessful
o Support the negotiation of partnership terms and ensure contracts align with marketing goals and budgets.
o Track and monitor influencer performance, analyze campaign metrics, and provide insights on engagement and reach.
o Maintain a database of potential and active social media influencers for ongoing and future campaigns.
o Assist with other social media, influencer outreach, and affiliate marketing efforts as needed.
• Marketing Support
o Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new marketing ideas, campaigns, and strategies.
o Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and best practices in customer service and social media outreach.
o Aid in the organization and execution of promotional events, both online and offline.
o Assist with other marketing related projects and/ or activities
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, customer service, or a related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Have basic knowledge of Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Proficient with Instagram, Tiktok,
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including a few hours on weekends.
