Position Overview:

You will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with affiliates, optimizing performance, and implementing strategies to maximize lead generation. Responsibilities:

Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive lead generation and revenue growth.
Identify and recruit new affiliates to expand our partner network.
Nurture and maintain relationships with existing affiliates, ensuring their success and satisfaction.
Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing optimization strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment and synergy in affiliate programs.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to stay ahead in the affiliate marketing landscape.
Track and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Affiliate Marketing Manager or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of affiliate marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven approach.
Familiarity with lead generation and digital marketing trends.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in affiliate marketing.
Conversational/fluent in English
Proficient in using affiliate marketing tracking and analytics tools.
Demonstrated success in managing and growing affiliate programs.
