Adwords - Pay Per Click Specialist

We are looking for someone who has an in depth knowledge of Google Ads & Bing Ads. Preferably someone who has experience in the home services verticals like roofing or appliance repair but not mandatory. Candidate must have experience in in depth keyword research especially long tail keywords. Candidate must be able to work within a low "per click" budget to generate low cost customer calls from ads. Candidate must also be able to consult on Landing Page creation.
