Are you a creative and marketing-savvy professional looking to make an impact with a growing small business? We’re seeking a versatile Advertising & Video Content Specialist who can craft compelling marketing campaigns and educational videos that inform, engage, and drive sales.

About Us:
We are a small business dedicated to hearing preservation and protection. Through our products and educational content, we aim to empower individuals and communities to protect their hearing while enjoying their passions—especially in noisy environments like racing.

Your Role:
As our Advertising & Video Content Specialist, you will:

Video Content Creation & Editing:
Edit pre-recorded content into polished, professional videos for educational and promotional purposes.
Combine on-camera teaching with visuals, animations, or other media to enhance understanding.
Collaborate to create explainer videos that fill gaps and better illustrate key concepts.
Add motion graphics, text overlays, and animations to improve video appeal and engagement.
Optimize videos for multiple platforms, ensuring compatibility across social media, websites, and advertising campaigns.

Advertising & Marketing:
Plan, create, and execute digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Ads, Instagram, Google Ads, and TikTok.
Write persuasive ad copy and design engaging visuals that highlight product benefits and educational goals.
Leverage marketing principles and psychological sales triggers like urgency, scarcity, and social proof to maximize conversions.
Optimize ad performance through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and data analysis.
Help plan video strategies that align with both educational and product sales goals.

Collaboration & Strategy:
Work with the team to align creative projects with broader marketing objectives.
Brainstorm and develop new ideas for video content and advertising strategies to enhance audience engagement and sales.
Assist in planning creative shoots and gathering visual assets for campaigns.
What We’re Looking For:

Required Skills & Experience:
Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
Strong understanding of marketing and how to create content that converts viewers into customers.
Experience in creating educational, explainer, or product-focused videos.
Creativity and resourcefulness in developing visuals and media that enhance messaging.
Proven experience in managing digital ad campaigns and interpreting performance metrics.
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a small, collaborative team.
