Salary range is from $3.50 - $8.00/hr (DOE, Results driven)
What We Expect From You:
# Campaign Strategy & Execution:
Develop, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns across Amazon, Walmart, and Google
Run different types of campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Display Ads, etc.)
Adjust bids strategically to maximize ROI and lower ACOS & TACOS
Eliminate wasteful ad spend by identifying and removing negative keywords
Ensure we are not competing against ourselves in ad placements
Take full advantage of the historical data we've collected over the past 10+ years
# Data-Driven Optimization & Reporting:
Daily monitoring and daily reporting on campaign performance
Analyze KPIs including ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, Conversion Rates
Suggest and implement data-backed optimizations
Continuously test ad copy, keywords, and targeting to improve efficiency
# Organization & Communication:
Keep campaigns structured and well-organized
Provide clear documentation of work and results
Be proactive in making recommendations for improvements
Have strong attention to detail to ensure no ad spend is wasted
What We Want to Know About You:
How would you organize and manage our ad accounts?
What is your PPC strategy for improving efficiency and lowering ACOS/TACOS?
Do you use software tools to help manage PPC campaigns? If so, which ones?
What does your day-to-day work as a PPC manager look like?
Have you managed large accounts like ours before?
Do you have case studies, references, or documented experience to share?
The nature of this role does not require a fixed start time, but once hired, your work hours should be consistent daily. What is your ideal schedule?
