Advertising Manager Virtual Assistant Wanted

We are seeking an experienced Advertising Manager with a strong background in digital advertising and a proven track record in managing successful ad campaigns. If you are skilled in Google Ads and Facebook Ads, have hands-on experience in driving online traffic and conversions, and are results-driven, we want to hear from you.

Key Requirements:

- Proficient in managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.
- Demonstrable experience in digital advertising, with case studies or campaign data to showcase results.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret ad performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual candidates are a plus.
- Full-time availability (minimum 8 hours daily).
- Experience in paid digital media, preferably with a background in e-commerce or similar industries.

Tasks Include, But Are Not Limited To:
- Campaign Strategy & Setup: Develop, launch, and manage ad campaigns across Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Budget Management: Efficiently allocate and manage advertising budgets to ensure effective spending and maximum reach.
- Creative Collaboration: Work alongside our creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and copy that align with our brand’s messaging.
- Reporting: Provide detailed performance reports and actionable insights to the management team on a regular basis.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and updates in digital advertising to ensure our strategies remain competitive and innovative.
- Compensation: $3.50 per hour to start, with advanced pay available quickly once proven results and consistent performance are demonstrated.
