We are seeking an experienced Ads Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team.

Job Summary: As an Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms. You will be crucial in driving traffic, increasing brand awareness, and achieving conversion goals. Your expertise in paid media strategy, data analysis, and optimization will ensure our campaigns deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy and Planning:
Develop comprehensive paid advertising strategies aligned with business objectives.
Identify target audiences and create buyer personas to inform campaign approaches.
Campaign Execution:
Manage and optimize paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.
Write compelling ad copy and design visually appealing creatives in collaboration with the design team.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and generate actionable insights.
Prepare detailed reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Budget Management:
Allocate and manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad performance and cost efficiency.
Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
Identify new opportunities for ad placements and emerging platforms.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience managing paid media campaigns in a professional setting.
Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Certification in Google Ads or other relevant platforms is a plus.
