Position Overview
As our Ads & Organic Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:
???? Creating, managing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns

???? Optimizing content distribution, engagement, and lead generation
???? Tracking and analyzing performance metrics to improve results
This is a full-time, remote role (Philippines-based) with opportunities for growth within the company.
Responsibilities
1. Paid Advertising Strategy & Management
? Create, launch, and optimize
? Manage ad budgets efficiently, ensuring a profitable cost-per-lead (CPL) and cost-per-acquisition (CPA).
? Develop and test ad creatives, headlines, and copy to maximize conversions.
? Implement retargeting strategies and lookalike audiences for maximum reach.
? Monitor ad performance (CPC, CTR, ROAS, etc.) and adjust campaigns to optimize results.

2. Organic Social Media Growth & Engagement
? Manage and execute LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and
? Post and schedule high-impact content (video clips, carousels, and posts) to attract engagement.
? Develop a content calendar that aligns with marketing campaigns and lead magnets.
? Engage with comments, messages, and audience interactions to build community.
? Optimize posts with SEO-driven captions, relevant hashtags, and trending topics.
3. Funnel Optimization & Lead Generation
? Drive traffic to our Mastery Challenge Course (lead magnet) and convert leads into paid programs.
? Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless landing pages,
? A/B test landing pages, ad creatives, and call-to-actions (CTAs) for better conversion rates.
? Track lead sources and conversion data, making data-driven decisions for optimization.
4. Performance Tracking & Reporting
? Analyze paid ad performance and organic growth metrics weekly.
? Provide detailed reports on campaign results, audience insights, and ROI.
? Make data-driven recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.

? Experience working with entrepreneurial, coaching, or faith-based brands (preferred).
