JOB OVERVIEW

Join a mission-driven team at a residential treatment facility, making a difference in the lives of teens facing mental health and substance abuse challenges through outreach and admissions coordination.

What You'll Do:
- Reach out to schools to arrange parent workshops with the clinical director and gather relevant contact information for workshop organizers.
- Schedule and coordinate workshop dates, communicating key details with the clinical team.
- Handle inbound calls related to admissions inquiries and conduct intake assessments using a provided clinical form.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, contact information, and notes in shared systems like Google Sheets or a CRM.
- Collaborate with the clinical director and schools to coordinate schedules and ensure timely follow-ups.

Work alongside a compassionate and dedicated team focused on supporting teens and their families during critical times. You'll collaborate closely with the clinical director, administrative staff, and educational institutions to create meaningful outreach opportunities and ensure a smooth admissions process.

Who We're Looking For:
- Educational background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in psychology, social work, or a related field (license not required but preferred) in order to be able to help applicants with admissions.
- Strong communication: Clear and professional spoken communication, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- Sales-oriented personality: Skilled in building trust, overcoming objections, and effectively representing the facility during outreach and admissions calls.
- Organized and detail-oriented: Capable of documenting calls, managing schedules, and ensuring follow-ups are timely and accurate.
