Administrative Assistant (Car Rental Operations)

Slip Car, a growing car rental business in Houston, Texas, is looking for a highly organized Virtual Assistant from the Philippines to manage bookings, rental agreements, and invoices. Strong English skills and attention to detail are a must!
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Rental Agreements – Complete and send agreements when customers book.
Calendar & Booking Updates – Remove booked vehicles from service groups and update records in Google Sheets.
Invoices & Toll Violations – Add toll fees to invoices and send payment reminders on time.
General Admin Support – Keep records organized and assist as needed.
Requirements:
? Fluent in English (written & spoken)
? Experience with Google Sheets, calendars & invoicing
? Highly organized & detail-oriented
? Stable internet connection
? Car rental/admin experience (a plus but not required)
