Title: Admin Support/Student Registrar
Department: Main/CEO/Admin
Reports to: CEO
Employment Status: Independent Contractor
Overall Function: Support CEO in all administrative tasks to maintain the functions of Three Departments at TFC; Employment, Psychotherapy and our Trade School. Carries and Develop letters as it relates to the students rules and regulations, and services for Time For Change Trade School by assisting participants/students in the registration process with the Record/Billing Specialist and follow along process to ensure proper enrollment. Act as Liaison and point of contact for DOES/RSA/DOH and other agencies (Hospitals and AMR accordingly).
Responsibilities: Engages participants and establishes trusting, collaborative relationships directed toward the goal of enrollment into the school.

*perform task rendered from CEO, Program Manager and Director Of Nurse Education.
*Process all necessary deliverables for each contracts and grants pertaining to clients.
*Support the Records and Billing Specialists with Managing the records and charting system for the students ensuring they have all necessary documents as it relates to school regulations.
*Support the students in connecting them to the Program Manager for Employment thereafter program.
*Participate in the team coordination meetings.
Job qualifications:
-Must have a HS Diploma/Associate
-Must be available to work Monday through Friday 9-5
-Must have a 5 years of Administrative Experience in a clinical or school setting
