This is a role that requires versality as it is healthcare based. I run a Mental Health Clinic through Telemedicine and I am looking for an assistant that can take phone calls, take and relay messages, manage emails, and schedule patients. Being able to manage online business profiles/social media promotion/marketing would be a plus. The employee has to know the importance of HIPAA in relevance to patient information. This role also requires data entry and calling insurance companies for verification of benefits. Employee will be given the access needed to complete these tasks and will get some orientation regarding where to find or enter information. A positive and cheerful attitude is a must when talking to patients. This role requires fluency in English as well. Employee will work with one provider who believe in mutual respect and a stress free atmosphere. Constant/regular electricity and internet are required for this role. This role is currently a Part time role but will be changing to a full time position in the near future.
