Job Description
Proglo LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks, client communications, and account management.
Responsibilities:
• Communicate fluently in Hebrew and provide excellent customer service.
• Schedule and coordinate client calls, ensuring efficient time management.
• Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support business operations.
• Provide professional customer support and technical assistance when required.
• Monitor, manage, and report on activities within clients’ Amazon stores.
• Maintain effective organization and uphold a high level of professionalism in all tasks.
Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Hebrew, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with Amazon store management is a plus but not required.
• Proficient in using office tools and software for administrative tasks.
