Job description:
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Virtual Assistant to support a key tea
This role requires someone with strong critical thinking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow. The candidate must be proactive in managing tasks and timelines, capable of spotting opportunities to improve systems, and passionate about helping people succeed. Familiarity with tools like GoHighLevel, Google Suite (especially Docs, Sheets, Gmail, and Calendar), and experience handling client communication is essential.
Tasks that will be assigned:
Prior experience as a Administrative Assistant, ideally in a financial services or client-facing environment.
Demonstrated experience managing calendars, client communications, and digital organization systems.
Previous use of GoHighLevel for CRM, workflow automations, and communication management is highly preferred.
Background supporting professionals in coaching, consulting, or financial advising fields is a plus.
Experience creating and managing Google Forms or digital intake forms.
Familiarity working with high-level professionals and managing client relationships with discretion and professionalism.
