Job Description: We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant who can manage a diverse set of tasks with minimal oversight. This position requires someone with excellent organizational skills who can switch gears to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Confidential
Research and lead generation
QuickBooks Online Bookkeeping and Pre-accounting functions
CRM management and data entry
Social media management
Digital marketing and content creation
Assist in posting jobs/tasks on VA job boards and screening/interviewing candidates
Adapt to varied and evolving tasks daily to meet the evolving needs of a start-up environment
Key Qualifications:
Ability to complete tasks with minimal direction
Solutions-oriented attitude
Problem solving skills and creative thinking
Positive, optimistic attitude
Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills
Ability to work on Central or Eastern Time Zone hours
Background in accounting or a strong understanding of financial concepts
Experience in recruiting and managing virtual assistants
Experience with AI and Project management platforms and technologies
