Title: Administrator

Part Time 8am-3pm 2 days a week, Sydney Time


Description:

At Hardie & Co Plumbing, we are a team of five providing maintenance and construction plumbing throughout Sydney. We are looking to expand our team with an Administrative Support agent, who will play a key role in assisting our office staff with managing schedules, handling customer communication, and maintaining records.
This role will be reporting directly to our director Will and is a part-time position. We’re after someone who wants a long-term career with our company and loves organisation. As the company builds, so will your role. Part time is only temporary and a full time role will be available after a period of time.


Responsibilities:
Track and log employee report sheets
Track employee commission based incentives
Track calls and where lead generation is coming from
Assist with emails and booking in jobs within the servicem8 software.





Skills:
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Excel experience preferred.
Experience with the job management system ServiceM8 is highly desirable.
Previous experience in an administrative support role, preferably within an Australian business or home service business
