We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating newsletters for clients using Constant Contact, conducting research, and efficiently utilizing Google Suite.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and send newsletters using Constant Contact
Conduct research to support business operations and marketing efforts
Manage and organize data in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.)
Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
Assist with general administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
Experience with Constant Contact or similar
Strong research and analytical skills
Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, etc.)
High attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
