JOB OVERVIEW

We are a small family-run business that publishes Travel Guides for Alaska and the Yukon (in Canada). We publish three travel guides and two fold-out maps annually. The guides and maps are supported by advertising.

This Virtual Assistant role supports sales with contract creation, client communication regarding contracts, and receiving advertising materials. HubSpot CRM familiarity is beneficial but not necessary.

The role will include Website Management tasks. Experience with WordPress website management is required for updating web pages and content creation.

The role will include automating tasks with AI tools. Experience with Zapier and other AI tools to create systemized workflows is required.

The role will include helping to streamline processes and find efficiencies.

Qualifications:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong command of the English Language.
- Impeccable use of grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
- Strong attention to detail and deadlines.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, WordPress management or similar role.
- Highly skilled with Microsoft 365 and Google productivity suites.
- Experience in content creation for SEO purposes.
- Research valuable content ideas (Create content strategy)
- Research, write and proofread blog posts, using AI assistance
- Experience with Zapier, Upgrade to see actual info or other AI Automation Tools.
- Bonus: Experience with Social Media platforms Facebook, Instagram, YouTube or Pinterest.
