We’re a fast-growing e-commerce company looking for someone skilled at using Google Sheets and setting up automations. You’ll help us stay organized, track important numbers, and make our processes smoother.

???? Responsibilities:
• Google Sheets: Create and manage spreadsheets to track tasks, goals, and key numbers.
• Automation: Set up simple automations with tools like Zapier to save time on repetitive tasks.
• SOPs: Write clear step-by-step guides for different tasks.
• Task Tracking: Keep track of tasks and deadlines to make sure everything gets done.
• Hiring Support: Help manage lists of job applicants and track their status.
• Reporting: Make easy-to-read reports using data from Google Sheets.

???? Requirements:
• Google Sheets Skills: Know how to use formulas, pivot tables, and scripts well.
• Automation Experience: Have used tools like Zapier or similar before.
• Attention to Detail: Be accurate and careful with your work.
• Good English: Can write and speak clearly.
• Organized: Can handle multiple tasks without getting overwhelmed.
• Problem-Solving: Can figure out simple solutions to problems.
• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
