We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Admin Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in managing our financial records, payroll, and timekeeping processes, as well as handling client communications. The ideal candidate should be proficient in bookkeeping, particularly with QuickBooks Online, and demonstrate a strong work ethic, cognitive ability, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
-Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online (QBO)
-Process payroll and manage timekeeping systems
-Prepare and reconcile financial reports, ensuring compliance with standards
-Assist with tax filings and financial audits
-Handle client communication, ensuring professionalism and clarity in English
-With experience in basic website creation using GHL, managing Google Ads campaigns, and running paid advertising campaigns is a PLUS
