Admin Assistant - Health Industry

About the Role

Beyond the Maze is looking for an exceptional Administrative Assistant to support one of our clients. This is a full-time contracting position where you will be employed by Beyond the Maze but work exclusively for our client.

This role is for someone who is passionate about organisation, personal growth, and helping entrepreneurs achieve their vision. The client has a large allied health practice in Victoria who offers services such as psychology, speech therapy, occupational therapy, art, music and dance therapy, counselling and much more.

Working hours will be Brisbane, Australia time 8.30am - 5pm.

- Fluent in English: You have excellent written and verbal communication skills for handling emails and phone calls.

- Jane (Healthcare application for making appointments)
- Odoo
- ConvertKit (now Kit)
- Clickup
