Part-Time Admin Assistant & Account Manager (Construction/Retail) ????

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Assistant & Account Manager to join our team! This role involves account management, bookkeeping, and professional outreach for our construction/retail business.

Responsibilities:
? Phone & email outreach to business professionals
? Appointment setting & customer relationship management
? Handling invoicing, payments & ongoing bookkeeping (1-2 accounts)
? Managing responses to ads, emails, and client inquiries

Requirements:
???? Excellent professional writing & speaking skills
???? Strong attention to detail & organizational skills
???? Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Word, Outlook, and G-Suite
???? QuickBooks experience is a plus

Job Details:
???? Part-time to start: Mon-Thurs, 9AM-3PM EST (~20-30 hrs/week)
???? Potential for full-time: Mon-Fri, 9AM-5PM EST (~35-45 hrs/week) based on performance
???? No weekends
$4 / hour
