JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a proactive and data-driven Google PPC Manager to join our dynamic digital marketing team. This role is designed for a performance-focused professional and passionate about leveraging analytics and automation tools to drive successful PPC campaigns. The ideal candidate is highly experienced with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Optmyzr, and has a proven record of optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI and drive measurable business growth.


Key Responsibilities:


Campaign Strategy & Execution:

- Develop and execute comprehensive PPC campaigns across Google Ads (search, display, video, and remarketing).
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to enhance campaign performance.
- Manage daily operations, including bidding strategies, budget allocation, ad scheduling, and performance tracking.


Analytics, Reporting & Optimization:

- Utilize Google Analytics to monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance; extract actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Configure and manage Google Tag Manager to ensure accurate tracking of conversion events and user behavior.
- Leverage Optmyzr to streamline campaign management processes, automate optimizations, and run effective A/B tests on ad creatives and landing pages.


Budget & Performance Management:

- Oversee campaign budgets and financial forecasting to ensure optimal spending and maximum return on investment (ROI).
- Adjust strategies based on market trends, campaign performance, and business objectives.


Collaboration & Strategic Alignment:

- Partner with cross-functional teams—including SEO, content, design, and sales—to create cohesive digital marketing strategies.
- Present clear, data-driven insights and performance updates to stakeholders and senior leadership, offering strategic recommendations for future initiatives.


Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, and remarketing.
- Strong proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Demonstrated expertise using Optmyzr for campaign automation and optimization.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

- Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications.
- Experience managing multi-channel digital campaigns (e.g., social, display, video).
- Proven ability in A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization.
- Experience with budget management and financial forecasting in digital advertising.
