Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and dynamic Ad Manager to develop, implement, and optimise paid ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate will have flawless fluent English, and be responsible for creating eye-catching and engaging visuals, and thumbnails, specifically for Instagram’s and Facebook's unique format and audience. This role requires a strong understanding of Meta Business Suite/Later/Ad Scheduling Platforms to increase brand visibility, drive traffic, and generate leads. The ideal candidate will be experienced in creating and managing high-performing ads for a new service offering in the beauty industry
Responsibilities:
Create, manage, and optimize Facebook ad campaigns.
Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Develop engaging ad copy and creative assets.
Monitor ad budget, ensuring cost-effective performance.
Conduct A/B testing to improve ad efficiency.
Stay updated on Facebook algorithm changes and trends.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Facebook Ad Manager.
Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and related tools.
Analytical skills for data interpretation and reporting.
Creativity in crafting compelling ads.
Familiarity with A/B testing and performance metrics.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with additional platforms (e.g., Instagram, Google Ads).
Familiarity with conversion rate optimization and lead generation techniques.
