Creative Designer – Digital Advertising
Job Description:
We are looking for a full-time Creative Designer to join our team and take ownership of designing compelling and high-performing ad creatives. Your primary role will be to develop visually engaging and conversion-focused designs for digital advertisements across platforms like
Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and design ad creatives for social media, native ads, and display advertising.
Develop static, animated, and short-form video creatives that capture attention and drive conversions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign goals, messaging, and target audience insights.
Continuously test different creative variations and optimize based on performance data.
Stay updated with design trends, best practices, and platform guidelines for ad creatives.
Manage and maintain a library of assets, templates, and design variations for A/B testing.
Work with copywriters to ensure visual and textual elements align seamlessly.
Requirements:
Proven experience in designing digital ads (experience in performance marketing,
Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Figma.
Basic knowledge of video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or CapCut) is a bonus.
Strong understanding of direct response advertising and ad psychology.
Ability to iterate quickly based on performance feedback.
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics and branding consistency.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a marketing or advertising agency.
Background in UI/UX or motion graphics is a plus.
Familiarity with performance marketing and analytics-driven design optimizations.
