Ad Creation and Management (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads) + Email Creation + Management (Klaviyo) for Shopify Storefront

I’m looking for an incredibly talented individual or agency to create, manage, and strategize all ads for Meta, TikTok, and Google — as well as email campaigns on Klaviyo — for a Brazilian hair care product sold to customers in France and Belgium.

Superior graphic design and video editing capabilities required. English proficiency is a must, but ideally also French and Spanish as well. UGC sourcing and management is also an added bonus.

Past experience of managing ad accounts spending more than $120,000+ annually is required.
